MACA, also called "Peruvian ginseng", is grown in Peru, in the Junin region, at an altitude of more than 4000m. The extreme climatic conditions of these plateaus make the Maca root extremely resistant and rich in micronutrients.
In order to preserve all of its nutritional qualities, this MACA is finely ground at low temperature. Also called "superfood of the Incas", MACA is an energizer (without caffeine), enhances memory and is also a source of protein.
Tasting suggestions: in smoothies, with yoghurt, compote, muesli, soups and sauces.
