This balm enriched with plant extracts is used before sport or any muscular effort to prepare the muscles as well as possible, and after exercise to relax and soothe sore muscles. Arnica and Helichrysum extract reduces the discomfort of a tired muscle. Camphor, balsam fir and rosemary essential oils have a stimulating effect on blood circulation, thus activating muscle preparation and recovery. Juniper berry and mandarin oil are present to soothe the pain.

Application:

Apply a small amount of balm to muscles and sore areas with light, gentle massages in the direction of the muscle, always towards the heart until completely absorbed. Renew the application several times a day if necessary. Do not give to children under the age of seven, seek medical advice for pregnant women and breastfeeding women.
